The Mustard Seed Lodge
Welcome To The Mustard Seed Lodge

One of Irelands prettiest and most character filled restaurants, the Mustard Seed started life in Adare 1985. Having celebrated it's first decade, it began the next one by moving just 10 minutes drive away to Echo Lodge, a spacious Victorian country residence set on
seven acres of mature trees, shrubbery, kitchen garden and orchard along with luxury accommodation.

Elegance and comfort are the key features, seen through decor and furnishings which bear the mark of a seasoned traveler whose eye has found much to delight in while wandering the world.
Echo Lodge oozes style without pretension. The house combines the spaciousness and elegance of an earlier age with the comfort and amenities of today.

Accommodations
Accommodation consists of eighteen luxurious bedrooms. Each room carries its own style and all are individually decorated with a combination of traditional antique furnishings and modern facilities.

Two newly renovated exquisite suites are available complete with private sitting rooms downstairs with kitchenette and two bedrooms upstairs. Each room enjoys unspoilt views of the ground and surrounding countryside for families and friends travelling
together.

Other exquisite rooms are in the main house along with superior and standard rooms. All rooms are en-suite complete with TV, trouser-press, hairdryer and complimentary mineral water.

Fine dining and hospitality are at the heart of Echo Lodge. Fresh herbs and vegetables are gathered daily from the organic kitchen garden for the preparation of dinner - an affair which is taken very seriously. All
produce are sourced from local organic suppliers with quality and freshness assured.

Head chef 'Toni Schwartz' cooks in what he describes as interesting Irish style. The dinner menu is a
four course table d'hote and changes with the availability of the seasons. The busy dining room also welcomes non residents for dinner and attracts lovers of good food and wine from all over the world. An extensive wine list compliments the exciting
menu.
