The Arches has its own boating facilities on Lough Eske, whether you want to do some fishing, just paddle around at your leisure, or relax by the lake.

The Arches is situated on the Bluestack Mountain , and  Lough Eske drives, which  also make for excellent walks on quiet country roads.


  
Murvagh Golf Course is one of the finest Links Courses in Ireland and is adjacent to Donegal Town.

Glenveagh National Park, with its visitor centre,  herd of deer, castle and gardens, is a must to visit.



 

There are visitor centers in Donegal Parian China in Ballyshannon, and Belleek Pottery where you can view their histories and do some shopping.
